A natural water park for the whole family to enjoy.
Petit Mascún is the ideal gateway to canyoning in Guara. A water descent full of surprises: optional jumps, caves, slides and natural pools between huge limestone walls. All in a route without technical steps, perfect for families and beginners.

What we will do
The appointment will be at the meeting point in Rodellar, 10 minutes before the booking time. We will drive up to the start of the route, where the guide will give us all the technical equipment and a canyoning backpack to carry the equipment comfortably.
We will begin a 20-minute approach walk, descending to the Mascún river bed and crossing its bed between impressive limestone walls. During the approach we will cross places full of vegetation. The route ends in a meadow next to the river where we put on our wetsuits.
And the adventure begins! Before us is the Petit Mascún: a natural water park with optional jumps, slides, caves and areas of calm water for floating.
We will advance to a semi-cave, pass a hidden waterfall, cross the natural tunnel called "Rambo" and see the historic Cave of the Hunters. Halfway through the route we will cross a quieter area, ideal for resting or deciding whether to finish the activity at the Puente de las Cabras.
Those who continue to the end will reach the pools formed by the union of the Mascún and the Alcanadre. Here we can swim in a group, jump (if we wish) from rocks up to 8 metres high and enjoy one of the most beautiful surroundings in Guara. From the end of the ravine it is only a 5 minute walk to the car that we will leave ready.
The total duration of the activity is approximately 3 hours and a half, of which between 2 hours and a half and 3 hours will be spent inside the canyon.
Who it is aimed at
The activity does not require canyoning experience and is suitable for ages 7 to 65.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is necessary to know how to swim. If you do not know how to swim you will have to inform the guide.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people with severe vertigo or motor disabilities. Other injuries or medical problems must be reported to the guide in advance. You will receive contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Other information
The activity is available from April to October and is confirmed if a minimum group of 3 people is reached.
Before the day of the activity you will need to provide the guide with the following information: name, age, weight, height and number of feet. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
Please note that you will be in the middle of nature and there is no area to change or leave personal belongings.
It is not advisable to carry mobile phones or other electronic devices during the activity. The guide will take photos of the experience to share with all participants.
Accompanying persons not taking part in the activity can wait in one of the river's bathing areas.
Free parking is available at the meeting point . The area cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
