In Relleu-Orxeta, a water adventure as spectacular as it is complete awaits you: abseils of up to 50 metres, pools of crystal-clear water, corridors and swimming areas between vertical walls. The Estret del Pantà canyon is one of the most impressive in Alicante, ideal for those looking for action in an impressive natural environment.

What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the booking time at the meeting point in Orxeta. Our guide will be waiting for us there, who will organise the transfer in the private cars: some vehicles will be at the start of the canyon and others at the end, to make the return trip easier.
As soon as we are all at the starting point, we will be equipped with wetsuit, approved helmet and canyoning harness. From there we will have a 30-minute walk to the entrance of the Estrer del Pantà canyon, where we will have a safety briefing and the guide will explain the abseiling technique.
The adventure begins with an impressive 50-metre steep abseil. Afterwards, the descent continues with a second more vertical abseil of about 10 metres, which will leave us in the heart of the canyon. From this point on, water corridors, swimming areas, pools and stretches of water that give the Estret del Pantà its name await us. Those who wish can enjoy optional jumps from different heights. The setting is spectacular, with high walls and fresh water that make this canyon an unforgettable experience.
We will finish the tour following the riverbed to one of the nearby bridges, from where we will walk for 10 minutes to the car park.
The total duration of the experience will be about 6 hours, of which 4 hours will be inside the canyon.
Who it is aimed at
The experience can be done from the age of 12 years old.
It is not necessary to have experience in canyoning, but it is advisable to be used to doing physical activity.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
It is compulsory to know how to swim, as the canyon is very horizontal and has many pools.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people suffering from vertigo or those with motor disabilities.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum group of 4 people is reached.
Important: the conditions of the canyon depend on rainfall, so it may be necessary to change the dates.
Accompanying persons who do not participate can wait in the area, where there are hiking trails. Dogs may be kept on a lead.
During the experience, the instructor will take photos which will be sent to you by email or WhatsApp.
There is free parking in the area, but it is not possible to get there by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
