If you're looking for a plan with adrenaline, jumps and dips. .. you've just found it.
Put on your wetsuit and dare to live a unique canyoning experience in the Barranc Estrets de Castellar . Slide down natural slides, jump into crystal clear water pools and overcome waterfalls and jumps of up to 6 metres in a wild and spectacular environment.
A total adventure of 6 hours, uncomplicated but full of excitement, perfect for all levels.
What we will do
We will meet between 35 and 45 minutes before the agreed time at the meeting point in Salou, Tarragona, where we will be met by the guides and start the preparations. We will choose the size of the wetsuit, prepare the helmets, life jackets (optional) and sliders for the water slides, and we will check all the material before the departure.
When we are ready, we will get into the van and start our journey to the starting point of the canyon. From there, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes to the entrance of the gorge, where the guide will give us a safety briefing and we'll do a short test jump to loosen up before the adventure begins.
From there, the best part begins: a 2. 5 to 3 hour walk through the spectacular Barranc Estrets de Castellar, a narrow gorge full of life. We'll walk along the riverbed, jump into crystal-clear pools, slide down natural slides and overcome small cliffs and waterfalls. There will be optional jumps of between 1 and 6 metres, and at the end of the route, the great 10-metre slide will put the finishing touch to the experience.
Throughout the descent, guides will accompany and assist us at every step, ensuring that everyone enjoys themselves to the fullest and at their own pace. You don't need to know how to swim: life jackets are provided and the more complicated sections can be easily avoided.
At the end, we'll take off our suits, share a few last laughs and then set off on a leisurely 10-15 minute walk back to the car park.
In total, the experience lasts about 6 hours, including the round trip, the preparation and the complete descent down the canyon.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for children from 8 years old and at least 1. 5 metres tall.
Children may participate as long as they are accompanied by an adult.
For safety reasons, this experience is not recommended for pregnant women, people with motor disabilities, reduced mobility or in the process of post-operative recovery.
No previous experience is required, and you don't need to know how to swim: the team has life jackets (optional) .

The activity is available all year round.
There are no lockers for valuables at the meeting point.
Free parking is available . The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Non-participating companions and pets can wait at the meeting point.
The organisers offer a free pick-up and drop-off service from any point in Salou. To request it, you just have to contact them directly through the details you will receive in the confirmation email of your booking.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
