If you’re feeling the need to truly switch off and add a relaxing adventure to your schedule, there’s nothing quite like a leisurely canoe trip.
Spend two hours enjoying the tranquillity of the Arenoso Reservoir in Montanejos. Accompanied by qualified instructors, you’ll paddle in two- or three-person canoes, take part in fun group activities to improve your technique, and enjoy a refreshing dip in the reservoir. What’s more, the activity includes a complimentary photo and video report, along with tickets to visit the famous thermal springs of Montanejos.
What we will do
We’ll meet at the agreed time at the meeting point at the Arenoso Reservoir, in Montanejos. There, we’ll be welcomed and introduced to our qualified instructors, who’ll give us a brief introduction to basic paddling techniques, navigating in windy conditions and essential safety guidelines before we put on our lifejackets.
We’ll climb into the two- or three-person canoes and set off onto the water for a trip lasting approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. We’ll paddle across the calm waters of the reservoir, taking part in fun group games to test our canoeing skills in a relaxed and enjoyable way. During the trip, we’ll stop for a refreshing dip.
We’ll then head back to the shore to disembark, bringing the total duration to 2 hours (including preparations) . We’ll say goodbye to the team, taking home a complimentary photo and video report, as well as the included tickets to relax after the trip at the famous Montanejos thermal springs.
Who it is aimed at
Suitable for beginners and participants of all levels.
Open to participants of all ages (children must always be accompanied by an adult) .
Children aged between 6 and 8 will sit in the middle seat and pay just €10, provided they are accompanied by two full-paying passengers.
This activity is not suitable for pregnant women. It is also not recommended for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs.
Pets are allowed on the tour, but you must give advance notice when making your booking.

Important note regarding the timetable: As exact boarding times may vary depending on the season or the day’s operations, it is essential to confirm the final timetable directly with the organisers once you have made your booking.
The canoe trip runs all year round.
The excursion is a shared tour with a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 50 participants per group.
The meeting point has ample free parking. We do not recommend travelling by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
