Feel the tropical essence of Gran Canaria in a different and fun activity.
Ride through the Valley of the Thousand Palms on the back of a camel, stroll through exotic fruit gardens and experience a close encounter with these incredible animals while you feed them. A unique and unforgettable experience, suitable for the whole family.
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before the agreed time at the farm in La Fataga Nature Reserve. Once there, we will start the visit by exploring the tropical gardens of the Valley of the Thousand Palms, where we will see around us mangoes, papayas, guavas and other exotic fruits, as well as meet the farm animals that live in the enclosure.
Afterwards we will go to the camel area to meet the camels and feed them before the ride. The camels will be ready to start the ride, and the guide will accompany us on foot throughout the tour.
We will then begin our camel ride, advancing in caravan through the impressive palm grove of more than 300 years old, within the Natural Reserve of Fataga, an enclave of enormous scenic and ethno-historic value that will make us feel like we are in an authentic oriental setting.
At the end, we can also visit a small museum area with traditional tools of the island.
The whole activity lasts approximately 1 hour, including the interactions with the animals and the walk.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
