The salty wind in the face, the 100-metre cliffs over the Bay of Biscay. .. The freedom.
Get on an 800 cc Can-Am buggy and travel through the wildest landscapes of Asturias on a route that has it all. From Villaviciosa to the beach of Merón and, beyond, the immensity of the Cantabrian cliffs.
Every kilometre will be a breath of fresh air.
What we will do
We will meet the guide at the meeting point in Villaviciosa, where he will welcome us 15 minutes before the booking time to explain the activity and the handling of the 800 cc Can-Am buggies, so that everything is under control before setting off.
Once we have familiarised ourselves with the automatic gearbox, we will set off along country roads in the direction of the Cantabrian coast. After about 30 minutes of driving, we will reach the beach of Merón: our first stop. This setting, famous for its Jurassic sites, will be perfect for the first photos of our experience.
From there we will continue to a viewpoint on cliffs over 100 metres high. There we will be able to enjoy the most impressive views of the Asturian coast and, if we travel with a co-driver who meets the conditions, exchange the driving seat.
With our lungs full of fresh air and our hair tousled by the Cantabrian air, we'll start our way back to the starting point.
The whole route will last approximately one and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
It is not necessary to have experience driving buggies.
To participate as a driver you must be 18 years old and have a valid B driving licence (or equivalent foreign licence valid in Spain) .
To participate as a co-driver you must be at least 1. 35 metres tall.
The buggies have automatic transmission and are accessible for people with motor disabilities.

Other information
The experience is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum number of 2 buggies is reached.
The route has both tarmac and off-road sections (50-50) .
At the halfway point it is possible to change drivers if both participants meet the requirements.
It is not possible to take part with pets.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. The area cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
