Full description

Feel like you're on a journey through the Pyrenean sky.

From Hoz de Jaca you will ascend by buggy through the Tendeñera mountain range to reach the Sabocos and Asnos lakes, two glacial lakes at an altitude of over 2, 000 metres. The route continues through forests and beech forests to the Ceprecenías viewpoint, where the Tena Valley, the Búbal reservoir and the Sierra de la Partacua mountain range unfold before you like a perfect picture.

Two hours and 38 kilometres of pure mountain, adventure and freedom. Do you dare to experience one of the most spectacular routes in the Pyrenees?

What we will do

The meeting point in Hoz de Jaca is 15 minutes before booking time. There we will be met by the guide who will welcome us and give us a brief briefing of about 10 minutes about safety, buggy handling and the development of the activity among forests, high altitude tracks and dreamlike lakes.

Once everything is ready, we will start our route through the Tendeñera mountain range, in the Tena valley. We will leave Hoz de Jaca, at an altitude of 1, 250 metres, and we will ascend to the lakes of Sabocos and Asnos, two glacial lakes located at more than 2, 000 metres, where we will make a stop to enjoy the views and learn more about this natural environment.

From there we will continue through forests and beech forests until we reach the Ceprecenías viewpoint, one of the most impressive in the Aragonese Pyrenees. From here we can see the Búbal reservoir, the Tena valley and the majestic Sierra de la Partacua in all its splendour.

During the 38-kilometre route, we will make several interpretative stops to enjoy the landscape and listen to the guide's explanations about the area, its fauna, flora and history. It will be an experience of nature, emotion and panoramic views.

The route will have a total duration of 2 hours, to which we will have to add the initial 10 minutes of briefing.
