Looking for the best sunset in Alicante?
The effort of climbing the Bolón via ferrata in Elda will be well worth it. A dynamic and versatile route where you can test your skills on sections ranging from K1 and K3, surrounded by the scent of aromatic herbs as the sun sets over the horizon.
Be prepared to reach the summit just in time; there is no better reward than seeing the colours of the sunset from the top.
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the booking time at the meeting point in Elda, Alicante, where we will be met by the guide ready to give us the equipment and give us a welcome and safety talk.
Once ready, we will walk for about 15 minutes to the base of the wall, where we will learn more about progression techniques and the correct use of safety equipment.
We will start the activity on the first section of level K1, ideal for gaining confidence with the clamps and bridges in a safe environment. Then we can continue in a relaxed way with the K2 level section or, in order not to miss any of the experience, we can dare with the K3 section to reach the Bolon cross.
The most technical route will also be the most fun, with a 130-metre-long zip line and new bridges that will test our balance. We will enjoy an exciting progression while the landscape is tinged with the tones of the sunset. After about 2 and a half hours we will reach the summit, where we will have time to enjoy the panoramic views before starting the return journey following the hiking route for about 30 minutes.
The total duration of the experience is between 3 and 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and participants from the age of 10 can take part.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
A maximum weight of 120 kg is required.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with motor disabilities.

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
The guide will let you know the exact start time in advance, as it will depend on the sunset.
Please note that the guide will meet you in the vicinity of the via ferrata, so there will be no changing rooms or lockers available.
Non-participating companions and their non-participating pets (on a leash) can climb up to the cross via one of the hiking routes.
Free parking is available at the meeting point, but it is difficult to reach the meeting point by public transport. The organiser offers an extra transfer service.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
