Discover the most refreshing side of Cantabria.
Dare to immerse yourself in the nature of the Pasiegos Valleys with this canyoning descent in the Aján Inferior, in Vega de Pas. It is the perfect option for your first time in this sport, combining jumps, slides and simple abseils in a wild natural environment full of life.
Take the plunge; Cantabrian nature will surprise you.
What we will do
The guide will meet us punctually at the meeting point in Yera, in the Cantabrian town of Vega de Pas. We will start with the signing of the activity form and a brief 5-minute introduction.
We will equip ourselves with all the necessary material and, once we are ready, we will make a 15-minute approach on foot, enjoying the wild landscape of the Pasiegos Valleys.
Just before entering the Aján stream bed, we will complete the training with technical indications that will continue throughout the route. We will enter a very aquatic and fun canyon, ideal for those who have never done this activity before, where we will find several slides, 5-metre abseils and countless jumps into pools, the highest being 6 metres. As this is an initiation level, all the obstacles are optional and can be avoided.
After about 2 and a half hours of fun immersed in nature, we will finish the experience with an almost immediate return to the car park. The total duration of the activity will be about 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
No experience is necessary and you can participate from the age of 8 years old.
It is necessary to know how to swim.
A maximum weight of 120 kg and a maximum height of 2. 10 metres is required.
Minors up to 12 years of age must be accompanied. From 13 years of age it is sufficient to present the signed authorisation of a legal guardian.
It is not accessible for people with motor disabilities.
The experience is not recommended for pregnant women.

Other information
The activity is available from Easter until 30 September and is confirmed when a minimum group of 4 people is reached.
Please note that the guide will meet you in the canyon area, so there are no changing rooms or lockers available. If necessary, you will be able to use the guide's van for support.
Accompanying persons who are not taking part can attend the descent from outside the canyon, there is a hiking route that follows the descent (the area is also accessible with pets) .
At the end of the activity, the guide will send you any photos or videos taken. You can also use a helmet with a GoPro mount if you want to bring your own camera.
Free parking is available near the meeting point. It is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

- Sports footwear with soles (no booties or similar)

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
