Get ready to ride your first wave in Mundaka!
In one of the most iconic surfing spots in Europe, this beginner's surfing class is designed for you to enjoy yourself from the very first moment. Under the watchful eye of a professional instructor, you will learn the basics and try your first waves in a safe environment.
A 2 and a half hour experience, ideal to get you started in this sport in a fun and safe way.
What we will do
The appointment will be 10 minutes before the selected time, at the meeting point in Mundaka (Vizcaya).
There we will be met by the instructor, who will accompany us throughout the experience. We will start with an initial briefing of 20 minutes where we will go over the basic notions: how to paddle, how to stand up on the board and how to face the first waves.
Then we'll pick up the equipment and head to the shore to start practicing. We will go straight into the water and put into practice what we have learnt under the constant supervision of the instructor. We will work in small groups of a maximum of 5 students per instructor, adapting the pace to each participant.
During the 2 hours of practical activity, you will experience the thrill of gliding over the waves of Mundaka, one of the most emblematic places of European surfing.
The experience will last a total of 2 and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for children aged 5 and over; minors can participate with a signed adult's permission.
It is suitable for all levels of fitness and accessible to people with reduced mobility. Not recommended for pregnant women over 3 months.
No previous experience or swimming knowledge is required.
Other information
The activity can be done all year round, except in January and February. The timetable varies each day depending on the tides.
There is a changing area at the meeting point, but there are no showers or lockers for valuables.
Photos and videos will be taken during the class.
Free parking and public transport are available in the area.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
