What we will do
You will arrive on time at this original wellness centre in the centre of Madrid. You will be met at the reception by a member of the team, who will guide you and explain how your beer ritual will take place before you let yourselves disconnect.
The experience will start with a beer bath in a jacuzzi barrel . While the properties of the hops and yeast act on your skin, you will enjoy an unlimited tasting of Alhambra beer and a complimentary aperitif. The circuit will continue in the beer sauna and in a relaxing barley bed, designed for total relaxation.
The finishing touch will be a full 75-minute massage for two, performed with an exclusive beer oil that will deeply hydrate your body.
After two and a half hours of pampering and bubbles, you will leave with the sensation of having discovered a totally unique and renewing form of relaxation.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
