What if I told you that in the heart of Valencia there is a cave where you can hang from a rope and descend 31 metres as if you were a mixture of explorer and adventurer?
We're talking about canyoning in the Cuevas del Turche, in Buñol. A 5-hour guided descent through one of the most spectacular canyons in the Valencian Community, with narrow passages, impossible formations, siphons and, of course, vertigo-inducing abseils.
What starts as "an adventure to try something new" ends up becoming "when are we going to do it again? Don't say we didn't warn you.
What we will do
The meeting point is in Buñol, the starting point of this adventure. There we will be met by our guide, who will accompany us throughout the activity and provide us with the necessary technical equipment: helmet, harness and descender.
After a short walk of about 500 metres, we will arrive at the imposing surroundings of the Cueva del Turche. Before we take the plunge, the guide will give us some safety instructions and explain how to progress safely through this type of terrain. And then... the action begins.
We will make a complete descent with 7 abseils, including a 31-metre abseil that will leave you speechless. We will advance through narrow and challenging sections, negotiating spectacular limestone formations, impressive tuffs and the occasional siphon that will get your heart rate up.
During the tour we will alternate between adrenaline and amazement. The cave formations, moulded by water over thousands of years, will make you feel like you are in an adventure film. And the waterfalls of the area will put the finishing touch to this wild but safe experience.
At the end of the tour, we will return together to the starting point with the feeling of having experienced something unique.
The total duration of the experience is approximately 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children aged 6 and over. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant or have a signed authorisation.
You must be able to swim in order to participate.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women, people with vertigo, people with heart disease and people with mobility problems.

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum number of 3 participants is reached.
Free parking is available at the meeting point.
The number of guides will be adapted to the number of participants in order to carry out the activity in complete safety.
