Have you ever dreamed of breathing underwater and discovering what lies beneath the surface of the sea?
In Badalona, in the province of Barcelona, you can experience your sea baptism with an expert instructor and experience the thrill of an underwater dive.
You'll dive to a maximum depth of 10 metres and swim among colourful fish!
What we will do
The meeting point is in Badalona, in the province of Barcelona. Instructors will be waiting for us there (one per participant) to guide us step by step through this first underwater experience.
We will begin with a theoretical part of approximately one hour, during which we will learn about the equipment, safety rules and basic techniques for breathing underwater.
After getting equipped, we will head to Badalona beach or, if we prefer, to the Costa Brava. The dive will be done individually and directly from the shore, without the need for a boat, and will last approximately one hour.
Once underwater, we will be able to explore the seabed and see octopus, moray eels, cuttlefish, colourful fish and, at certain times of the year, jellyfish. We will reach a maximum depth of 10 metres.
At the end of our sea baptism, we will return to the starting point full of unforgettable memories and anecdotes to tell.
The total duration of the activity is approximately 3 hours, although it may vary depending on the number of participants. If you prefer to do the experience on the Costa Brava, the total duration will increase to 5 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for ages 8 and up. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The activity is designed as a first experience and does not require a diving licence.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, but it is necessary to feel comfortable in the water.
A declaration of good health must be signed. If you have a medical condition, a medical certificate will be required (cost not included).
Pregnant women, people with heart problems, epilepsy or who have recently undergone surgery are not allowed to participate. In addition, no flying is allowed within 12 hours after the dive.
The activity can be adapted for people with motor and/or cognitive disabilities . Please contact the organisers in advance to request specialised instructors, using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email.
Other information
The experience takes place from May to October.
You can decide whether to do the experience in Badalona or on the Costa Brava. The second option involves a journey of 1 hour each way, which is included in the price.
Each instructor will dive with only one participant at a time. The duration of the activity may vary depending on the number of people.
It is possible to participate with your own diving equipment. This will not change the price of the activity.
On the premises there are changing rooms with individual showers, lockers and toilets.
The meeting point is accessible by public transport and there is free parking not far away.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
