The beaches of Menorca are beautiful, but what's hidden under the sea is even more so!
Get ready for your diving baptism in Menorca, in the bay of Son Xoriguer, where you will dive to a depth of 6 metres accompanied by an expert guide .
A one and a half hour experience, suitable for everyone (yes, even if you don't have a licence)!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the Son Xoriguer dive centre in Ciutadella de Menorca. Once you arrive, we will fill in a short personal and medical questionnaire (necessary for safety reasons), and then you will receive the complete equipment for the dive.
Before entering the water, we will listen to a briefing of about 20 minutes to learn how to use the equipment, underwater communication signals and what to do in case of difficulty.
And then... into the water! The entry will be directly from the beach. Together with the instructor, we will explore the sandy seabed of the bay of Son Xoriguer for about 35 minutes, observing the marine life at close quarters in total tranquillity.
We will reach a maximum depth of 6 metres, which will allow us to see fish, octopus, barracudas and - with a bit of luck - even some manta rays!
On our return to the dive centre we can shower, return the equipment and receive photos of the experience by email, which are included in the price.
The total duration of the experience is approximately one and a half hours, including preparation and briefing.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is open to anyone who can swim, from 8 years of age. Minors can participate with an authorisation signed by an adult.
No licence or previous experience is required.
In case of reduced mobility, it is possible to participate, but advance notice is recommended.
Pregnant women and people with serious pathologies (respiratory, cardiac, recurrent otitis, severe migraines or recent surgeries)are not allowed to participate.
Other information
The activity is available all year round.
The dive centre has showers, toilets and lockers to store personal belongings.
Accompanying persons can wait in the dive centre or on the beach. Dogs are allowed on the terrace of the centre.
Free parking is available on site and the meeting point is accessible by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
