Have you ever dreamed of breathing underwater without leaving the city?

Dive into a heated pool and discover the incredible sensation of breathing underwater for the first time. Forget the noise of the street and move with total freedom in a safe and controlled environment. Learn the basics of scuba diving with expert instructors during a complete experience of up to 2 hours. It's time to conquer a new environment and feel the underwater thrill without the need to travel to the beach.

What we will do

We will meet 15 minutes beforehand at the meeting point in Fuencarral to start preparing for our adventure. After the welcome, we will have a 30 minute introductory talk about the PADI Discover Scuba Diving programme . Here we will learn the physical principles of scuba diving, how to balance the pressure to enjoy diving without discomfort and how to set up our professional equipment step by step.

Before jumping into the water, we'll familiarise ourselves with the fundamental communication signals and safety rules to keep things flowing with confidence. We'll also take a moment to understand how to move with respect for the environment, making sure our only trace on the bottom is bubbles.

Once we're ready, we'll dive into the 2. 5 metre pool and get down to business. During the dive, we'll do exercises designed to help us gain confidence, and practice fundamental manoeuvres to keep us stable. All this will allow us to enjoy the incredible sensation of breathing underwater and glide along the bottom of the pool in a fluid way for 1 hour of immersion.

At the end, we will return to take off our equipment, discuss the best moments with personalised feedback and celebrate our progress with an official certificate of participation. In total, we will enjoy an experience of between 1. 5 and 2 hours.

Who it is aimed at

This experience is suitable for children aged 8 years and over (minors must be authorised by their guardians) .

It is essential that you know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water to get the most out of the experience.

You must be in good general health and complete the medical form upon booking.

Pregnant women are not permitted for strict safety reasons.

In case of reduced mobility or wheelchair users, it will be necessary to contact our customer service before booking to assess how the session can be adapted.

Other information

It is possible to do this experience every weekend of the year with sessions on Saturdays and Sundays at 17: 00.

Groups are limited to a maximum of 4 participants, always guaranteeing 1 instructor for every 2 people.

If you want to take home an epic souvenir of your first time underwater, you can hire a professional photo and video pack for a supplement of 40 euros.

For medical safety, it is very important to remember that you should not fly in a plane for a few hours after the dive.

The meeting point has free parking on the doorstep and excellent public transport links.

Accompanying persons who do not participate will be able to observe the session out of the water.
