Are you fascinated by the sea and have always dreamed of breathing underwater? This is your chance!
Live your first diving experience in one of the most amazing marine environments of the Valencian Community: the island of Benidorm.
During this experience you will dive in crystal clear waters accompanied at all times by a certified instructor!
What we will do
The appointment will be at the selected time at the meeting point at the dive centre in Benidorm. The instructor will be waiting for us there and will accompany us during the whole experience.
We will start with a 30 minute training session, where you will learn the basics about the equipment, underwater sensations and safety rules. You will also complete a compulsory medical questionnaire before continuing.
We will get into a van that will take us to the port of Villajoyosa in a journey that will last about 12 minutes. From the port, we will continue the journey in a semi-rigid boat, in which we will sail for about 20 minutes to the island of Benidorm. Once there, it will be time to learn how to handle the equipment with 3 basic exercises before a dive of approximately 50 minutes, with a depth limit of 12 metres.
We will explore the seabed in the unique environment of Benidorm Island, surrounded by fish and unique underwater landscapes. We will swim between schools of damselfish, observe sea rays, moray eels, gilthead breams...
At the end, we will sail back to the port and, from there, by van to the dive centre.
The total duration of the experience will be 4 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is open to children aged 10 and over. Children must be accompanied by an adult who, if not doing the activity, must at least attend.
You don't need any qualifications or previous experience, but it is important to feel comfortable in the water.
The activityis not permitted for pregnant women or people with recent surgery, uncertified medical problems or under medication. If specific medical conditions are present, a medical certificate will be required.
People with mobility problems will have to communicate in advance the need for assistance by contacting the organiser using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email.
Other information
The experience is offered all year round.
Free parking is available near the meeting point and the area is accessible by bus (line 3 from the centre of Benidorm).
On the premises of the dive centre there are changing rooms with hot showers and lockers to store personal belongings.
There is no reserved area for accompanying persons not participating in the activity, unless they have to be present during the experience of a minor.
The trip from the port of Villajoyosa to the island of Benidorm is made in a semi-rigid boat with capacity for 12 passengers, guide and skipper. The boat is 7.5 metres long and 200 hp, equipped with a ladder to make it easier to get in and out of the water.
It is not recommended to dive in the 12 hours prior to a flight.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
