"Under the sea, under the sea..."Do you want to feel like Ariel in the famous Disney film?
Discover the depths of the coast of L'Ametlla de Mar with this diving baptism. Under the supervision of a qualified instructor you will live a 40-minute experience underwater, with fish as your companions.

What we will do
Our appointment will be at the Port Marina de Sant Jordi, where the instructor will meet us 15 minutes before the start time.
We will start with a 25 minute theory session. The instructor will familiarise us with the equipment and will give us the basics of scuba diving with tips to make the dive much more fun.
After this initial class we will move to the point where we will dive, 10 minutes will be enough. Depending on the conditions that day, the instructor will decide whether to start the dive in a cove or from the boat. In any case, we will be in the unique surroundings of L'Ametlla de Mar.
Fully equipped and after going over the main instructions, we will dive into the calm waters. Little by little, at our own pace and under the attentive supervision of the instructor. Once underwater we will be able to enjoy the incredible biodiversity of the area. We will see different marine species, the occasional starfish, octopus, sea urchins... and, if we are lucky, we will also come across some larger fish.
We will spend about 40 minutes underwater . When we are on dry land we will only need another 10 minutes to return to the dive centre.
The total duration of the activity will be approximately 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, as long as they know how to swim.
The minimum age to participate is 10 years old and minors must be accompanied by their parents/guardians, who must sign an authorisation.
The activityis not recommended for pregnant women, as well as for people who have recently undergone surgery, have heart problems or epilepsy.
It will be necessary to consult with the organiser beforehand about accessibility for people with mobility problems.
It is not possible to fly by plane in the 12 hours following the dive.
Other information
The activity takes place every day from May to October and will be confirmed if a minimum of 2 people is reached.
Free parking is available at the harbour for participants.
In order to take part in the activity, participants must fill in and sign a medical questionnaire about their health conditions.
You dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres. The dive starts from the boat or from land, at the discretion of the instructors.
If participants have their own equipment, they can use it.
In the facilities there are changing rooms with showers and lockers to leave personal belongings.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
