Sometimes all you need is to take your feet off the ground for a while.
Let yourself be amazed by the beauty of the Anoia region with this balloon flight from Igualada. For approximately 1 hour you'll fly over villages, cereal fields, vineyards. .. With the impressive Montserrat massif as a backdrop.
Dare to experience the magic of flying in a hot air balloon very close to Barcelona.
What we will do
The flight team will meet us at dawn at the meeting point in Igualada, near Barcelona. If we arrive in advance, we will be able to participate and observe the whole assembly process from close up.
In any case, we will witness the inflation of the giant balloon filled with air that will accompany us to discover the Anoia region, home to the prestigious European Balloon Festival and one of the largest balloon factories in the world.
Once the balloon is ready, we will climb into the basket to receive safety instructions before starting a gentle take-off. During the ride, we will be guided by the wind over castles and guaita towers, while gazing at the imposing mountain of Montserrat on the horizon.
After about an hour's flight, we will find a safe area to land and celebrate the success of the day with the traditional toast with cava, juices and snacks.
Finally, we will make the transfer by land to the initial meeting point , completing a total experience of between 2. 5 and 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for all ages and is recommended for children aged 5 and over.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Participants in wheelchairs, as well as people weighing more than 110 kg, must contact the flight organiser in advance. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
The flight is not suitable for pregnant women.
People with disabilities or mobility problems should contact the organiser in advance so that they can adapt the basket (using the contact details in the booking confirmation email) .

The experience is available all year round and is confirmed when a minimum group of 6 people is reached.
The activity is strongly conditioned by the weather; the organiser will confirm the exact time and place of the flight 2 days before.
It is not possible to participate with pets.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 15 days from the activity start date. Within 14 and 8 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
