With this hot air balloon flight it will be difficult to accept that you can't stay up there forever. Live a unique experience and discover the surroundings of Segovia from a completely different point of view: the aqueduct, the Alcazar, the Sierra de Guadarrama in the distance... It will be an unforgettable experience.
The itinerary will be a surprise, the wind will choose it, and you will live an hour of complete freedom.
What we will do
The appointment will be at the launch field in Segovia, about 10 minutes before sunrise.
If we wish, we can go even earlier, about an hour before, and watch the whole process of preparation and inflation of the balloon (which takes about 15/20 minutes). Otherwise, on arrival everything will be ready to board and take off. The team will welcome us and, with the first light of dawn, we can gradually begin to climb into the basket following your instructions.
Once on board the basket, the pilot will give us all the necessary information about the flight and the safety rules. The moment of take-off is almost like a mystical experience. With the maximum gentleness, the air currents will make us rise little by little. We will fly at different heights and enjoy being rocked by the wind as we begin to make out the main monuments and natural attractions of Segovia.
During the pleasant journey of approximately one hour , it will be the wind itself that decides our trajectory, accompanying us at a speed of 4 or 5 km/hour. We will see from the air iconic places such as the walls and the Roman aqueduct, the cathedral or the Alcazar of Segovia. We will also be able to see how the Eresma River meanders and appreciate the peculiar formation of the Sierra de Guadarrama known as the Dead Woman.
The wind will also decide the landing place and, once on the ground, we will toast with sparkling wine following the tradition. To end the experience in style, we will enjoy a well-deserved aperitif with omelette, Manchego cheese, fuet and picos, as well as water and soft drinks, before returning in the organisation's cars to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
Ballooning is a very peaceful activity in which anyone from 4 years of age can participate . The important thing is that the child is at least 1 metre tall, that they are independent when getting in and out of the balloon, and that they can understand the pilot's explanations. Children must be accompanied.
The only limitation, for safety reasons, is that pregnant women and people with osteoporosis are not allowed to fly.
The basket is not accessible for people in wheelchairs or with severe mobility problems. All participants must be able to access the basket independently.

The activity takes place every day of the year.
A few days before the flight, the organiser will send you an email with all the necessary information. You will also be able to report any food intolerance or allergy.
It is not possible to leave your car on the take-off field itself, but you can park nearby free of charge. The organiser also offers, on request, a transfer service from Madrid to the take-off point and back.
It is possible to bring a backpack or small bag.
On the day of the flight, the organiser will send you a video and photos of the experience.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
