What if we told you that some of the best stories are born under the stars?
Experience a magical night around the Ermita de la Encarnación Hermitage in Caravaca de la Cruz. A unique plan that combines the best of the night sky with the most authentic flavours of the land: natural wines from local wineries, artisan cheeses and a sky so clean that it seems hand-painted.
An experience that combines oenology, astronomy and landscape, guided by those who know it best: the winemakers themselves and an astronomer certified by the Starlight Foundation. We look forward to seeing you!
What we will do
The appointment is in Caravaca de la Cruz, Murcia, at the time indicated in the booking. We will have to arrive punctually, as we will start with a short 15-minute walk around the hermitage, where our guide will explain the natural environment and give us a preview of what we will experience during the night.
Afterwards, we will sit on an esplanade next to the hermitage, softly lit by solar candles. It will be time to enjoy the tastiest part of the evening: a tasting of natural wines, made by the winemakers who will be with us, accompanied by a selection of cheeses, bread rolls and homemade jams. If you don't drink wine, you can request an alternative in advance.
After the tasting, we will move to another esplanade, just 100 metres away, to begin the astronomical observation. An astronomer certified by the Starlight Foundation will introduce us to the history of the sky, the evolution of the stars and the value of the firmament as a natural heritage.
We will take turns to look through the telescope, organised in small groups to enjoy the experience safely and without rushing. We will talk about constellations, planets, galaxies... and how mankind has always looked at the sky, searching for answers.
At the end of the experience, we will take a group photograph under the stars. A memory of a truly unforgettable night.
The activity has a total duration of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is designed for adults aged 18 and over. No previous knowledge is required, it is suitable for beginners and perfect for those looking for a different and authentic way to connect with nature and local culture.
It is an accessible activity, although wheelchair users should be aware that part of the route is on dirt terrain and may need assistance for the initial walk.

The experience is available all year round on scheduled dates (continuously updated) and takes place in groups of minimum 12 people.
The activity usually starts at 20:30, but the exact time will be confirmed by the organiser a few days before, as it may vary slightly depending on the time of year and sky conditions.
Dogs are not allowed to participate.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
