Full description
Swap the city lights for one of the clearest skies on the Iberian Peninsula and uncork a bottle to toast a magical evening under the stars.
Enjoy a 3-hour stellar evening, where you’ll explore the deep sky through professional telescopes alongside an expert astronomer and raise a toast with a personalised selection of wines, craft beers or local herbal teas, accompanied by traditional appetisers. An intimate and sensory experience to connect with the universe and savour the pleasures of the earth.
What we will do
We’ll meet 10 minutes before the booked time at the meeting point, which, depending on the weather, could be in the Serranía de Cuenca or the Alto Tajo. There , our astronomer guide will welcome us and accompany us to a quiet spot set up with small tables and chairs so we can enjoy the activity in complete comfort.
We’ll begin the stargazing session, spending two hours on a fascinating guided tour of the constellations. We’ll learn to identify stars, planets and the historical myths hidden in the night sky. With the aid of professional telescopes, we’ll gaze into the deep sky to admire lunar craters, distant nebulae and star clusters in detail, under a clear sky free from light pollution.
Once the stargazing session is over, we’ll settle in for a relaxed one-hour tasting. Depending on the option agreed in advance with the organisers ( wine, craft beer from the Alto Tajo or 100% natural herbal teas made from local plants) , we’ll sample these drinks paired with a carefully selected range of local appetisers, such as cured meats, cheeses or sweet treats.
Finally, having satisfied our curiosity about the cosmos and shared a relaxed moment beneath the starry night sky, we will bring this evening – lasting around three hours in total – to a close .
Who it is aimed at
Although the activity is particularly recommended for those aged 16 and over, children aged 6 and over may take part (younger children must be accompanied by an adult) .
It is suitable for people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility. You will simply need to let us know in advance if you wish to take part.
Pets are allowed .

The activity is available during the summer season (June to October), Monday to Sunday at 9. 30 pm.
This is a shared group tour, with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 participants.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. There is no public transport to the area; you must make your own way there by car.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
