There are aperitifs that are remembered for what you eat, and others for where you enjoy them. .. this one has both parts.
Discover a 3-hour experience with a visit to the oil mill, a professional tasting of 8 oils and an aperitif among olive trees with local products, in a setting designed to disconnect and savour without rushing.
What we will do
We will meet at the agreed time at the meeting point in La Pobla de Cérvoles, in Lleida, where this experience among olive trees and oil culture will begin.
We will start with a guided tour of the terraces of arbequina olive trees, where we will learn how organic and biodynamic agriculture is carried out, following the natural cycles and without the use of chemical products. We will walk around the estate while we get to know the landscape, the dry stone walls and the traditional cultivation systems.
Then we will enter the oil mill, where we will be explained step by step the oil production process: from the olives to the cold pressing and the optimal conservation of the oil. A key part to understand why oil is much more than just a product here.
We will then have a professional tasting of 8 oils - 3 EVOO and 5 seasoned oils - accompanied by olives, olivadas and oil jams made on the estate. The experience will continue with an aperitif among olive trees, on a bench with views, including chips, marinated olives, cockles, salami or cheese and a drink of choice: local black vermouth, beer (with or without alcohol) , wine, clear, soft drinks or water.
Finally, we will have free time to walk around the estate, following a signposted route with a map, which includes a small viewpoint, an old fountain, caves and other points of natural and scenic interest. There will also be the option to buy olive oil and local produce at the farm shop.
The total duration of the experience is approximately 3 hours.

The activity is suitable for everyone, with no age limit.
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Suitable for pregnant women and people with reduced mobility, although it is not wheelchair accessible.

The experience takes place every day at 10: 00 am.
Free parking is available at the meeting point. It is not possible to get there by public transport.
The activity takes place in groups of minimum 2 and maximum 15 people.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request.
Pets are welcome, but are not allowed in the mill; they may be kept on a leash outside under the trees on the estate.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
