Guided 3 hour quad tour of Mijas

Got a driving licence? Then leave the car behind and get into something much more exciting.

In Mijas, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, a 3-hour quad route that looks like something out of a video game awaits you: 60 km of pure adrenaline between dirt roads, mountain climbs and breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the sea.
With stops to recharge our batteries, shake off the dust and refresh ourselves with a drink.

What we will do

The meeting time is 30 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Mijas, Malaga.

We will be met by the guide, who will accompany us throughout the activity. First we will take about 30 minutes to get ready: they will check that we have the necessary documentation, then we will receive our helmet, and then we will be given a brief practical training to learn how to drive the quad, and when we are ready, we will set off for the adventure.

We'll start by going through the typical streets of the village of Mijas, with its whitewashed houses and Andalusian atmosphere, before leaving the tarmac behind and heading into the countryside. From that moment on, the route will become more and more exciting: we will follow dirt roads, mountain trails and tracks between hills, surrounded by spectacular landscapes that will make us feel all the adrenaline of riding a quad.

We will make several stops at viewpoints with panoramic views of the Costa del Sol and the mountains surrounding Mijas. Our guide will tell us interesting facts about each place and explain where we are in the area. If there is water in the streams or rivers, we will take a detour to see them, and with a bit of luck we may come across herds of sheep or horses grazing freely.

During the route we will also stop at a typical local inn, where we can rest for a while and enjoy non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, juices, coffee or water before continuing our journey.

In total we will cover about 60 km between mountains, dirt roads and breathtaking scenery.

It will be 3 hours of pure fun, nature and adrenaline on four wheels.

Who it is aimed at

The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a type B driving licence.

The passenger must be at least 7 years old and 1.20 metres tall. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

The experience is easy and suitable even for those who are riding a quad for the first time.

The activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with serious back problems or cardiovascular conditions .

If you have reduced mobility or use a wheelchair, you can still take part, but you will need to let the organisers know in advance. You will receive the contact details in the email confirming your booking.

Other information

The tour is available all year round and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 quads.

The organiser has two-seater quads available, with capacity for a maximum of 10 participants per shift (5 quads). During the tour, driver and passenger can take turns to drive, as long as both are of legal age and have a type B driving licence.

For non-European participants: an international driving licence valid in Spain is recommended.

Free parking is available in the area and the meeting point is accessible by public transport.

Dogs are not allowed during the activity.

Accompanying persons not participating can wait at the meeting point.
