Do you have a driving licence? Then get ready for 3 hours of pure buggy adventure in the mountains of Mijas, in the heart of the Costa del Sol.
Drive your own two-seater buggy through cattle tracks, streams and forests, surrounded by almond, olive and orange trees. With stops to enjoy the views, discover the local fauna and flora and refresh yourself with a drink in a traditional "venta".
It will be an unforgettable experience!
What we will do
The meeting time is 30 minutes before the indicated time at the meeting point in Mijas, Malaga.
We will be met by the guide, who will accompany us throughout the activity. First we will take about 30 minutes to get ready: they will check that we have the necessary documentation, then we will receive our safety goggles, and then we will be given a brief practical training to learn how to drive the buggy, and when we are ready, we will set off for the adventure.
We'll start off through the typical streets of the village of Mijas, with its whitewashed houses and Andalusian atmosphere, before leaving the tarmac behind and heading out into the countryside. We will follow old trade routes and cattle tracks that wind through hills, forests and fields full of almond, olive, lemon and orange trees.
Along the way we will cross streams, stone beds and mountain paths, and if there is water in the rivers, we will also take a detour to get a closer look at them. Sometimes we may even come across herds of sheep or horses in the wild. We will make several stops at viewpoints overlooking the sea and the mountains, perfect for breathing fresh air and taking incredible photos, while our guide tells us interesting facts about the fauna and flora of the area.
We will also make a stop at a traditional inn to recharge our batteries with a non-alcoholic drink (water, soft drink, juice or coffee), before continuing our adventure.
It will be a journey of 3 hours and approximately 60 km full of spectacular landscapes, wild nature and adrenaline, that you won't want it to end.
Who it is aimed at
The driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a type B driving licence.
The passenger must be at least 7 years old and 1.20 metres tall. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The experience is easy and suitable even for first time buggy riders.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with serious back problems or cardiovascular conditions .
If you have reduced mobility or use a wheelchair, you can still take part, but you will need to let the organisers know in advance. You will receive the contact details in the email confirming your booking.
Other information
The tour is available all year round (Wednesday and Friday) and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 buggies.
The organiser has two-seater buggies available for a maximum of 10 participants per shift (5 buggies).
During the tour, driver and passenger can take turns to drive, as long as both are of legal age and have a driving licence type B.
For non-European participants : an international driving licence valid in Spain is recommended.
Free parking is available in the area and the meeting point is accessible by public transport.
Dogs are not allowed during the activity.
Accompanying persons not participating can wait at the meeting point.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
