What would you do if you had to spend 24 hours in the middle of nature?
In this survival course in La Serranía Valenciana you will learn the basic techniques that can make the difference in a real situation: how to find your way around, light a fire, get water, build a shelter or improvise a first aid kit. All with a practical, realistic approach and adapted to your level. An immersive experience in the middle of nature, with surprise challenges and team dynamics that will give you confidence and security.
Survival is serious business, make Bear Grylls look like a beginner at your side!
What we will do
We will meet at 4 o'clock in the afternoon at a point in La Serranía Valenciana that has been communicated in advance. There we will be met by a mountain guide, an expert in survival, who will welcome us and begin with a theoretical introduction of basic concepts and a briefing on the experience.
After the first hour of theory, we will start the survival simulation. Throughout the afternoon we will put into practice the notions of bushcraft, orientation techniques with map, compass and natural elements, obtaining and purifying water and building a shelter where we will spend the night. We will also learn different ways of lighting fires and how to protect ourselves from the adverse elements of the mountain.
The experience will continue at dawn, when we will continue with practical exercises on such important aspects as rescue techniques in remote areas, the identification of medicinal plants or the basic use of ropes to ensure ascents or descents. All in a realistic and participative environment, with surprise challenges posed by the guides to make us feel like real survivors.
The total duration of the experience is 24 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for children aged 8 and over. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a signed authorisation.
The activity is not suitable for pregnant women or people with recent injuries, serious illnesses or mobility problems. We advise you to contact your doctor if you have any doubts about the suitability of the activity and to inform the guide of any pathology. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
The activity is perfect as a first contact with survival techniques.
Other information
The experience is available all year round except July and August and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
A transfer service is offered from Valencia, to be contracted directly with the organiser once the booking is confirmed.
Free parking is available in the vicinity of the meeting point, but it is not possible to reach the area by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
