Imagine yourself waking up among olive groves, in a 19th century farmhouse in the heart of the La Mancha countryside.
Let this 19th century farmhouse in Alcaraz be your refuge: cosy rooms with mountain views, a 10-hectare estate for leisurely strolls and access to the spa pool. A two-night stay will be the perfect break for body and mind to relax.
What we will do
This experience will take place among olive groves, in the countryside of La Mancha, a few kilometres from Alcaraz, Albacete. You will be able to check-in between 16: 00 and 20: 00. A person in charge of the rural complex will welcome you and accompany you to the Casa del Guarda, one of the three buildings that make up this Cortijo with pool-spa.
And the disconnection will begin. You will settle in within the history-laden walls of this old farmhouse built in the 19th century, feeling from the first moment the comfort both in the rooms with views of the mountains and in the living room with fireplace. It will be like a cosy journey back in time.
You will have time to settle in calmly, get to know the surroundings and stroll among olive trees, pines and fruit trees within the fenced estate of 10 hectares. It will be the perfect moment to forget the daily rhythm and breathe the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.
To put the icing on the cake of this relaxing stay, you will enjoy 2 shifts of 2 hours each in the spa pool. A 3x3-metre heated pool with a large window overlooking the olive grove and the outdoor pool awaits you. You will take advantage of every minute to release tension, let the warm water and the jets relax your muscles and notice how your body gets rid of the accumulated stress.
After the spa, you can relax by the fireplace or simply let yourself be carried away by the calmness of the surroundings.

The accommodation is reserved for people over 25 years old and families.
The house is not adapted for wheelchair users, who can access the spa-relax area.
Other information
The accommodation is open all year round. Please check the booking calendar for available dates.
Check-in time is 16: 00-20: 00, check-out is preferably before 12: 00. The accommodation does not have a reception, so it will be necessary to inform the host about the timetable.
You will stay in the Casa del Guarda, one of the 3 houses that make up the rural complex. It has 4 beds and it is possible to add an extra bed at an extra cost. It also has a cot for babies at no extra cost.
The accommodation is pet-friedly, the supplement for pets is 8 euros/day.
The experience includes 4 total hours in the pool-spa (divided into 2 shifts of 2 hours each) and it is necessary to book the access timetable.

Free parking is available for guests at the finca. Public transport runs to Alcaraz, about 4 km from the property.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is very strict. You get a full refund if you cancel within 31 days from the activity start date. Within 30 and 15 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
