To feel like you're walking on water all you need is a bit of balance.
Test yours with a stand up paddle surf lesson in Oropesa del Mar. For 1 hour you will learn to master the board from scratch in a friendly class in a small group with a qualified instructor.
And all this while you have fun and enjoy the Mediterranean to the maximum, get on the board and forget about stress!
What we will do
The instructor will meet us 10 minutes before the start of the route at the meeting point in Oropesa del Mar. After attending a brief and enjoyable introductory talk with the best tips to face the first paddles and keep our balance, we will jump into the water with energy and ready to practice.
The class will take place in a small group, which will guarantee us totally personalised attention at all times. With the help of a qualified instructor, we will learn the basic techniques to master the board, improve our body posture and discover tricks that will allow us to move with total efficiency.
We will alternate technical exercises with moments of fun on the water, gaining confidence and control every minute. At the end of the practical session, we will return to the base to collect the equipment and say goodbye.
The lesson lasts 1 hour and the total duration of the experience is approximately 1 hour and a half.
Who it is aimed at
This is an experience designed for people with no experience.
Children from the age of 7 can participate accompanied by a responsible adult.
From 15 years of age, they can participate alone with the authorisation of a legal guardian.
If any of the participants has any kind of motor disability, it is necessary to contact the instructor beforehand. You will receive the contact details in the booking confirmation email.
It is advisable to know how to swim.
If you are pregnant or have any doubts about the suitability of the experience, please consult your doctor.
Other information
The experience is available in July and August. The class is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
A total of 10 SUP boards are available.
Lockers and showers are available at the organiser's tent.
It is not possible to participate with pets.
Accompanying persons who are not participating can wait in the rest area of the tent or on the beach itself, where they will find different services. It is important to note that in high season dogs are not allowed on the beach.
Free parking is available near the meeting point, but it is necessary to arrive well in advance. It is also possible to reach the area by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
